refund policy

Eyemagine.in privileges its users with 10 day return policy which helps users to return any purchased product from us within 10 days of receipt of the product. The day of receipt of the product by you is counted as Day 1. The request for the return needs to be made within the time period of 15 days of receipt of the goods to get your return processed as per policy. Once the 15 day period is over, unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns whatsoever.


Returns and Refund Process

• If the product is not as described on our website, or is received in a damaged condition, we accept returns.

• Returns not applicable on lenses (zero power, bifocal & single vision lens). For eg. if a frame is purchased along with lens, we will deduct the lens cost & refund the rest amount.

• Refunds/ Returns not applicable on Contact Lenses .

• In case customer has provided incorrect address & claims refund, Rs 100 would be deducted as part of shipping charges.

• Initiate a return request by contacting our customer care via email.

• Once the return request is accepted, you will get a confirmation with a request id on your email. We will pick up the product from you. Pickup charges isRs 100 for products worth Rs 200 & below. No pickup charges for products worth over Rs 200. The product should be returned with original tags, packaging and in unused and unsoiled condition.

• You will get an acknowledgement once the product is received at our end.

• The returned product shall be inspected by our returns team. Once confirmed from the returns team that product is undamaged and with original packaging and original tags, we shall approve your return request.

• Upon approval of return request, we shall refund the complete amount paid by you in one of the following manners depending on your choice:

• If payment was made via credit/debit card/net banking/wallet, payment will be credited back to the same mode within 7 working days. However in few cases it might even take a maximum of 21 days. In case you want refund in wallet, we can refund within 5 working days.

• If payment was made via COD we can either send you a cheque (cheque will be dispatched within 7 working days) or transfer the money to your bank account/wallet (details to be provided by customer). Timelines as per above clause.


Exchange Process

• In case you want to exchange a product then the amount will be adjusted as per refund policy.


Damaged Products

If you receive a product in defective/damage/scratch/broken condition, you need to inform the same to us by contacting our customer care via email within 24 hours of receipt of the product. We shall either replace the product or refund the complete amount paid by you in one of the following manners depending on your choice:

• If payment was made via credit/debit card/net banking/wallet, payment will be credited back to the same mode within 7 working days. However in few cases it might even take a maximum of 21 days. In case you want refund in wallet, we can refund within 5 working days.

• If payment was made via COD we can either send you a cheque (cheque will be dispatched within 7 working days) or transfer the money to your bank account/wallet (details to be provided by customer). Timelines as per above clause.

In case defect is brought to our notice beyond 24 hrs of delivery, return/exchange request will not be entertained.


Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel the order within 3 hrs of placing the order by putting a cancellation request by contacting our customer care via email. We shall call to understand reason for cancellation. Once the order is cancelled, we shall send you a confirmation email.

• If it is a prepaid order uptoRs 990, full amount shall be refunded in any of the manners mentioned above.

• For orders above Rs 990, there will be a deduction of 2.5% bank charges.

• In case you wish to cancel order post 3 hrs of placing order, then we will honour it as per our refund policy.
